How do I turn them off? Trying to compare maps for cartography.

Theres a Texmod Mod that takes it off for you.

Removes the clouds for you.

You may be able to turn down the graphics settings very low - that might take out the cloud affect.

Other than that, I don't know of anything other than the Texmod.

Low graphics dont take clouds away.
